We offer classes for all fitness levels from gentle Yin Hot Yoga to advanced Hot Vinyasa.

Hot Yoga Glow

Our Hot Yoga classes are intended to purify and cleanse the mind, body and Soul. This class focuses on alignment, breath flow, strength and concentration. This class is heated to 105 degrees with humidity added, allowing the body to ease into the posture. All levels are encouraged and welcomed.

Through the use of deep breathing, stretching and observing, yin practitioners will find a less rigorous, yet still challenging way to work on our state of mind. The room is heated to 105 degrees with humidity added, allowing the body to ease into the posture. This class is done under the black lights with candle light. All levels are encourged and welcomed.

The word Vinyasa in Sanskrit means connection. This class is designed to connect your breath with body movement. We use our breath to take us through a flow of dynamic postures. Our instructors are encouraged to be creative with flows. This class is heated to 105 degrees with humidity added. This is a fast paced class be prepared to get your asana kicked.

Hot Yoga Sculpt

Our Yoga Sculpt class is designed to strengthen holding the yoga posture. While sculpting your muscles using 2-3 pound weights. Come and Sculpt with us. This is a heated class all levels encouraged and welcomed.
